Google Maps Add Google Maps to your website

Plot multiple locations

  1. Go to maps.google.com. Click on "My Places" and then click the red button labeled "CREATE NEW MAP"

    (Located below the Google logo, in the upper left corner)

    NOTE: You will need to sign in to your Google Account or create one for free if you don't have one.

  2. Click

    Your cursor changes into a placemark icon with an "X" crosshairs. The crosshairs indicate where the placemark will fall. Follow the onscreen instructions to save each placemark.

  3. Add title and description to your placemark. Then save it by clicking "OK"

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as necessary

  5. Click on "Link" at the top right corner of the map

    The rest of the steps are the same as steps 3-4 in Plot one location.

For use on freely available and public facing websites, no further permission is required from Google.
